I've been trying to submit basic claims to these people since last September. Spoken with multiple employees, each of whom has assured me they'll be back in touch shortly after reviewing my information. Not one freaking word. We're out thousands of dollars at this point. Please understand I'm not some crazy disgruntled person, and don't slam companies online unless they're an actual hazard to the public. In this case, I can't even imagine how bad the experience is for elderly and/or very sick patients. My heart goes out to them. Hometown Health is bad news.
