Its comical that 95% of Google ratings are 1 star. This place needs a rehaul of its staff but unfortunately thats what happens to most government workers. They get lazy & comfortable. Unfortunately it's not going to change. You just need to carve a day out and spend it there if you need your dmv issues addressed.

I took my son to get his red stickers for the license plate. The cost was $4 and I was supposed to get $6 back. We stepped away from the window to let the next person go (to keep the line flowing) and realized she only gave us $4 back. He went back to her window and she claimed that she gave him $6. Always count your change at the window because if you step away, they wash their hands of you.

One of the worst dmv places to go, waited in line for 3 hours, there’s not enough employees that work in there. They guy in front desk that heads out forms is 90 yrs old not fast enough and also they are very RUDE!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT COME TO THIS DMV. I have never been to a place that has had this many people crammed inside at once.There are maybe 1 worker for every 250 people. I waited for over TWO hours before even being seen!!! DMV’s are the horrible but this location has to be the worst DMV there is.

This place is Insane. Just for changing address it took 2.5hrs. It’s just too much. I wouldn’t even give them a one star.

I've dealt with about 5 different state DMVs being military and this is by far the worst. Note: the employees are GREAT. they're hard working and polite. They're just burnt-out and understaffed. It took THREE HOURS to convert a TX license to NJ one. And another THREE HOURS to get registration and title. DMV, city, and/or state officials need to do something about this. It's unfair to customers AND your employees. Hire more, upgrade the site. Do something.

Stood outside in line for 2 days, being turned away both times due to what they called technical difficulties. Very poor service as they won’t even let you inside, just stand outside in line. Avoid this place.
